The research problem lies in the different challenges that Igbt college students faced in school of jhesc main campus. This employed a qualitative research design using a phenomenological approach to gather rich and detailed descriptions of the participants' experiences through interviews with 8 Igbt college students around the campus. The findings of the study revealed that students in jhes main campus have faced various challenges such as bullying, discrimination, misgender and unable to wear their proper dress codes that based on their gender identity. These challenges underscore the need for more inclusive policies, better support systems, and increased awareness of Igbt issues in higher education. Efforts to improve the campus climate for Igbt students can have a significant impact on their well-being, academic success, and overall college experience. The study concludes that promoting a gender-friendly college environment for Igbt students involves creating a campus culture that is inclusive, supportive, and respectful of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Offer regular training for faculty, staff, and administration on Igbt issues, including how to support transgender and non-binary students, and how to address microaggressions. Creating a gender-friendly college environment for Igbt students requires ongoing commitment and collaboration across the institution.
